ibo responce

in the beginning the ibo were unsure and attacked the white men. then after the white men killed the town the rest of the ibo treated them with indifference. then later when the church had a lot of people there were more conflicts. Finally the conflict grew so out of hand that the church was destroyed. the white men think they are better than ibo people and think they are all savages

okonkwo

okonkwo ignores the female side of himself and this causes problems because it shoves most everyone away from him. also, he doesn't except the female attributes because he vues them as weakness and okonkwo hates weakness. and finally it makes him feel awkward with people.

Okonkwo

i think Okonkwo is not a bully for beating his wives because that was expected. but i think that he was he was manly for his valor in war. also i think he is reckless and hot headed, like when he beat his wife during holly week. Okonkwo in my opinion is insecure, every chance he can he compares himself to his father.  also he believes that he is always right and all other ways are wrong, like when Okonkwo sees his children doing anything he thinks to be a sign of laziness he beats them
